This knife is just perfect for use in 'certain' peanut butter jars to avoid all the annoying waste in the 'bulges ' at the top and bottom of these jars. I've been looking for this for ages. It is also great for spreading preserves etc.
I had been looking for a long time to replace my old butter knives; at last I have found them. Well balanced, fit well in your hand and do the job marvellously.
