Use the base of the press to cut out a pastry circle, spoon on your chosen sweet or savoury filling and fold the press to seal the edges with a fluted finish, all ready for the oven.

These (you get 3) are brilliant. They are really simple to use and make perfect pasties every time. My first few leaked a bit, but I soon got used to judging the right amount of filling. The hinge area can get a bit jammed with pastry, but this is easily removed. Easy to clean. Love them!
Like everything new it is a learning curve. I was having a problem with the (over) filling also with the pastry sticking to the press. Trial and error solved the first and dusting the press with a little flour the second. The results are lovely now I have the hang of it!
I was impressed with this set from the off! You get 3 different sizes so you're not limited, very easy to use, great results every time ad very easy to keep clean too. Every kitchen should have have a set!
I love these things, as the review said before you get 3, all different sizes!!I didnt know that you got 3 until they arrived and I was so surprised :)They are really cool and ease to use and clean, you must buy these for making big apple pie's they work so well, my hubby was so pleased when I showed him them (he loves apple pies)
Brought this for my mum's birthday a while ago and she raves about it and I am very happy eating the results! So even happier now it's on sale and getting one for myself!
