Culinare Mini One Touch Can Opener

I am disabled and the one touch can opener and jar opener are great. They are brilliant if like me you don't have the strength to open these manually. Highly recommended!

I often wonder how I managed with the manual can openers after using this nifty little device. It also amuses me every time as it whizzes around determined to get even the most difficult tops off! It doesn't completely remove the lid as one of the other reviewers has noted but I haven't found that to be a problem. Likewise it usually leaves a few strips of paper around from cutting the label but I feel that's a small price to pay for such a labour saving gadget.

I've been using this opener daily for almost a year and it's done sterling service so far. Very easy to use, efficient, leaves tins safe without sharp edges and best of all actually opens tins, unlike so many others! Haven't even had to replace battery yet. Excellent product, would recommend.

Great idea but just doesn't seem to work. when I attach my opener to the can it sounds like the batteries are low, which they aren't as I have changed them at least twice to be sure. When it does get going, it is slow and laboured and sometimes stops for a few moments half way around the can. Last time I used it, the lid jammed in the mechanism and I cant seem to remove it so have gone back to my old opener. Shame as could be great!UPDATE: Lakeland replaced item FOC and this one works well, so I am very happy. Well done Lakeland for great customer service.

Nifty little gadget this, and better than its rivals!Not many food items come in cans these days but getting at the few that do can be a real effort.This kitchen gizmo is very effective at opening canned goods, safely and quickly.There�s no need to touch the can lid, it�s easy to clean, and most of all fun to watch!
