It's true they need more care than basic cutters, but then that was to be expected given the delicate points on some of the snowflakes. I rolled my dough out on non-stick baking paper (on the baking tray) and used a small paintbrush to ease out the finer points and then peeled away the excess dough. I used the picture on the website for guidance and iced them accordingly. They looked FABULOUS and I have never ever made cookies that impressed everyone quite as much. It would be nice to put a picture of the finished biscuits in the tin. Persevere with these, you will be rewarded!!!
