(Full instructions for doing this are included on the retail box and on our website in the useful docs section). The wok will discolour with use and this is perfectly normal. It’s important to dry the wok thoroughly immediately after washing, otherwise rust spots may appear. These can be removed by light scouring. Your wok will benefit from regular oiling.”

"Much better!"

Replacement wok arrived, followed instructions indicated, excellent product. Many thanks

"Disappointment"

I thought this was great value when I saw it but after one use it was impossible to get clean, after use two it just rusted following a light clean with water, not even soap. However, the chopsticks, lid and tempura rack are a great value addition!

"Rusty!"

I've wanted a wok like this for so long, but unfortunately it hasn't lived to my expectations. I have prepared it before first use as instructed, and have used it only once but it's badly rusted :(

Sadly, I just bought this at the Lakeland store in Kingston last week, and after 1 use, it is too rusted to use again. I cleaned it promptly after use, very disappointed.
