"i second that" star star star star star i purchased this vacumm cleaner after having the loft converted into a room and a second staircase put in, the idea of doing two flights of stairs with a normal cleaner did not appeal at all. tis little cleaner is fast, strong and effective, if i plug it in on the middle landing i can have both sets of stairs cleaned really quickly. i don't have any cats so i can't comment on cat hair but i do have three children and this little cleaner gets up sequins and glitter (not all vacumm cleaners can manage this) as well as all the normal stuff that can end up on the floor.
"Perfect" star star star star star This is just right for the stairs and car and any small area. I chose this along with a Roomba robot vacuum cleaner: as far as I am concerned, a perfect combination. No more unwieldy, heavy cleaners for me!
"LITTLE GIANT" star star star star star This product is not excessively noisy. It is, however, extremely powerful. So easy to use on the stairs and so much better than battery powered alternatives.

"Does What it Says!" star star star star star Just received this little cleaner (3 day delivery - brilliant) - bought it to clean the suite and the car. It's really good, simple to use and to empty and, despite other reviewers' comments, it's no more noisy than any other vacuum - they're never silent! Well worth the money.
