"EasiYo Ice Cream"

A terrific product which is simple to make. Chocolate chips are particularly nice in the vanilla flavour mix.

"Really tasty"

This is the first EasiYo ice cream I've done. It's very tasty. Think of a sweet, vanilla rich and soft scoop ice cream and it's this. Use a Kenwood chef whisk attachment (as I did) for the second stage and don't be afraid to go 6-7 minutes on 7 to double the final volume! Really impressive. Who needs an ice cream machine...?

Great - particularly as we live in an area with no ice-cream for 6 hour drive (rural southern Africa). Would appreciate bigger packs though!

"Smooth ice cream"

To get Easiyo ice cream smooth and creamy mix as directed then freeze for only 45 mins. Remove from freezer and beat on high for 5 mins. Return to freezer for another 45 mins and beat again for 5 mins then freeze until required.
