EasiYo Delight Ice Cream Kit

I had bought the Ice Cream a while ago and still hadn't tried it. So this week I decided to give it a whirl. Well I am definitely impressed. Easy to do and really takes no time at all. The vanilla is lovely and tasty, not too sweet, I think it would be great to swirl some fresh or frozen raspberries through it to make your own raspberry ripple.I would love to see some more base flavours brought in. I am sure EasiYo will do this in time so I wait patiently.Give it a go you most certainly will not be disappointed. Lakeland once more you have brought us an excellent product.

Have tried ice cream makers in the past and not been satisfied with the result after a lot of messing about freezing bowls etc.This system and method is so easy and the finished result is excellent. A nice light and not too sweet ice cream. A great hit with the family.The special offer is very good value too.

Only made the vanilla so far, followed the instructions exactly and it worked just as it says on the packet. Decent quality tub, should last I think. Ice cream is very light and fluffy and not too sweet, which I prefer.It tastes like iced whipped cream, which I suppose real ice cream should taste like. Very soft to scoop, even when frozen, that is a big bonus for me.Only small criticism is that it does have tiny ice crystals in it, but that doesn't really detract much from it as a whole.Overall a great success, next is the chocolate mix..

I was delighted to see that Lakeland now stocks Easiyo ice cream as I've wanted to try it for ages. And I'm very pleased with the results - lovely soft ice cream and very easy to make. The only thing is that you do need an electric whisk or similar aerating electric tool (I have an electric hand processor which has an aerating attachment), as it would be difficult to do the final whisking process without one. But otherwise both flavours taste delicious and I seem to eat them as quickly as I make them!

Excellent product, easy to make very tasty. We were already enjoying the yoghurt and the mousse is wonderful like eating air! The ice cream maker came fully up to the standard of both of these. One small critisism, nothing to distinguish which was chocolate from vanilla in my kit. We ended up enjoying the chocolate . Hope you might be able to stock in Dubai soon - will save me having to hump stock back in my suitcase.
