This casserole is fantastic. It cooks quickly and is very easy to clean. I've cooked all sorts of dishes in it and every one is cooked beautifully. I'm quite tempted to buy the roaster and griddle next.
Excellent results and just the right size for two healthy appetites. Cooks and cleans up beautifully and, in my opinion, beats other brands in every respect.So impressed I've now purchased the lidded multi-use pan and the griddle pan and look forward to using both this week.
Just had to let people know of the value for money of you cast-iron casserole just what i've been looking for.I wanted one big enough to cook a chilli (best i've ever made),curry etc for two. with out it boiling over. Wish you would put the same measurments as Le Creuset so as to make it easier to compare sizes. Also as you state the handle gets hot which I keep forgettting(ouch!!)
Wow what a dish. I have just used it for the first time today after buying it on Friday. I decided to make shepherds pie in it, washes brilliant and just as good as the other makes that are much more expensive, which I have but this one is my first cast iron casserole. Big enough for a family of four, I still have 2 portions left. Yes, I am very pleased with it
Nice casserole. Cooks really well. But, unlike most other cast iron ranges, it is not dishwasher safe which os porbaly why it is cheaper than other ranges. This point needs to be added to the website in the product information.
