Lakeland Classic 28cm Induction Frying Pan

With a pan as big and tough as this 28cm frying pan you could make a big British breakfast for all the family or even cook a pizza. Also great for browning lots of meat or vegetables, you can pop it in the dishwasher and put your feet up afterwards rather than standing over the sink.

Material
Made from aluminium, they have excellent durability and heat distribution properties and the stainless steel bases give them a sturdy foundation. The pans’ smart black heat-resistant handles have a soft-touch, rubberised finish and a thumb hole for comfortable use.
Non-Stick
A non-stick interior coating ensures nothing sticks and makes washing up a breeze. Please note: although this pan is dishwasher safe for convenience, we recommend hand washing to prolong the performance of the non-stick coating.
Versatile
Suitable for all gas, electric, solid plate, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 180°C.

Our other frying pan finally had to be recycled. So got this one from Lakeland. So far it's doing a cracking job, so I'm very pleased with the purchase. I have been washing it by hand although it can go in the dishwasher as I find frying pans seem to wear out quicker if they go through the dishwasher. We have an induction hob and it works perfectly with this.
Very good frying pan, which I bought to use on our new induction hob. Shame you don't do a 30cm one in this range.
Replaced one I’d had for years and just as good. Trying not to put it in dishwasher as I think although they can be probably will last longer if hand washed.

This pan was a wonderful improvement on our old one as the non-stick coating is very good. However, the first pan was returned within 2 months because the outside of the pan looked awful. Despite washing by hand, the outer black surface peeled off and looked really scruffy. Exchanged for another in the hope that the problem was a one off - sadly no. The second pan exterior detoriorated just as quickly, but because the non-stick part still works very well, we still use the pan. Saucepan from the same range displayed the same problem. Cook OK; look bad. Think a quality check is in order
