"Just what we needed." star star star star star Our other frying pan finally had to be recycled. So got this one from Lakeland. So far it's doing a cracking job, so I'm very pleased with the purchase. I have been washing it by hand although it can go in the dishwasher as I find frying pans seem to wear out quicker if they go through the dishwasher. We have an induction hob and it works perfectly with this.

However, the first pan was returned within 2 months because the outside of the pan looked awful. Despite washing by hand, the outer black surface peeled off and looked really scruffy. Exchanged for another in the hope that the problem was a one off - sadly no. The second pan exterior detoriorated just as quickly, but because the non-stick part still works very well, we still use the pan. Saucepan from the same range displayed the same problem.
