A pretty little pot to sit on the worktop and keep garlic handy. Although there are holes in the bottom, I don't find that the smell is noticeable, but then I do have a rather large kitchen that actually gets used so the cooking smells tend to overpower anything else. It does hold quite a bit of garlic, but then I use quite a lot (often roasting an entire bulb for something or other) so that suits me just fine.
I love my garlic pot :o) a lot of people had said it is very big and you can smell the garlic because of the ventilation holes, so I was a bit cautious about buying it, but so glad I did, I find it the perfect size, big enough for 3 or 4 bulbs of garlic, looks really good and I can't smell the garlic at all. Very pleased with it.
I saw this and loved it! When it came on sale I had to have it for our kitchen. Its a good size and not heavy. Absolutely LOVE this!
