Lakeland 2-in-1 Cooking Pot

I received the dish as a Christmas present and have had no trouble whatsoever and have cooked several casseroles and used on the hob and in the oven since receiving it. I would definitely recommend to anyone! beautiful colour, brightens up the kitchen!!

Although this wouldn't have been my choice of colour I have always wanted a tagine as I have seen them on TV and its the sort of cooking that I really enjoy. This one appealed to me as it could be used as a casserole as well.Just used it and I am delighted with it, cant wait to use it again, and am looking forward to trying out the monkfish recipe

I purchased this product having read the reviews of the stoneware tagines which for the most part were poor as the product tended to crack. The product information relating to the Lakeland 2-in-1 cooking pot said it could be used on all hobs, except Induction. It was this information and the poor reviews of the stoneware tagines (which are much cheaper) which formed the basis of my decision to buy this product. I thought I was buying a quality product. I checked all the information I could find on this product, although there wasn't actually any with it, to see if there was anything about 'seasoning' it before use - there wasn't one. So I was really keen to use it. I can't tell you how disappointed I was after using it just one time, it developed a crack right across the bottom. I'm not sure how safe it is to use again. It cooked the food lovely but it can't stand up to being used as its described in the catalogue so I've wasted my money.

My wife bought me one of these as a gift. The first one arrived broken, then the replacement cracked after using just twice. It is now unusable. Very disappointed.

Bought this item from Canterbury, was so excited to use it, but heard a crack whilst cooking on the hob.Was worried that the food would leak out, so had to transfer to another pot to carry on cooking.This item is completely unusable now, very disappointing :(Would not recommend.
