Taking 10 minutes to warm up, just pour hot gravy into the 500ml ceramic boat, then unplug the base and take both to the table where your gravy will stay hot for up to 30 minutes.

I bought this after Christmas thinking that it was going to be great. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I love the look of the gravy boat itself - therefore I don't want to return it. The warming unit took about a half hour to warm up and it didn't keep my gravy warm for any longer than about 5 minutes. If I'd paid the full price of £19.99 for it, I would have returned it. However, I got it for half price so I can't be bothered. Very, very disappointed with this product.
