"Brilliant" star star star star star This is brilliant, found at first hard to fill but listening to others using a bag will help, but I had so much fun using them, brought a couple so I can do different colours at once. Because you squeeze the bottle you control the flow , Highly recommend this
"Easy Squeezy" star star star star star_border It's easy to use once you get the hang of it. I fill mine up using a normal dining knife for butter icing etc and prod it down to the bottom. For cleaning a small baby teat brush is required sometimes. Only when the bottle is over filled and the lid isn't on properly does it come off. Other than that I've used mine quite a few times and no problems. About to purchase more and for friends who have tried mine out! At last I can ice cakes like a professional!!
"easy to use" star star star star_border star_border found this very easy to use, iced very smoothly, it was just a bit tricky to fill but followed another reviewers suggestion of filling with a knife and it did the trick.
"Disappointing" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I loved the idea of this product but firstly it is almost impossible to fill. Next i found it very difficult to use and get decent lines with it. At the end i had to squeeze it so hard to get the icing out that the nozzle came off. Finally it seems very difficult to wash. The plastic bottle seems very flimsy so I don't imagine this would last very long if you were able to master using it properly! I cannot see how this item got past the Lakeland product testers. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. I'm sorry this item didn't meet your expectations. "impossible to clean, not recommended" star star_border star_border star_border star_border i bought these a while ago when they were sold two in a set but never used them. Was baking on Monday and decided to use one to drizzle melted chocolate over brownies. I used a small jug to fill - was ok. i couldn't however get this cleaned. The chocolate solidified into the concertino bottle and would not be removed. After hand washing with no sucess i put it through the dishwasher - no good and it shrivelled up and had to be put in the bin. So not recommended for at least chocolate work, very disappointing and i'll not use the other now. support_agent A note from the team Thanks for placing your review. Cleaning the bottles when the chocolate has solidified may need several attempts using a small baby bottle brush or something similar. Our Soft Toop Brush Set (item 22899)will help. I'll be in touch shortly to help.
