"Brilliant!"
I love this pan! It's great for cooking steak as you can sear both sides with the pan really hot and the lid off, then turn the heat down and put the lid on to rest them. The juices run to one side as the pan has a slight gradient so I also put mushrooms in the pan and they soak up the steak juices - lovely. The lid means that there are less cooking smells in the house which is also a bonus. It is much easier to clean that the cast iron pan I used previously (although my other half usually does the washing up so I get less ear-ache for using this pan!). Yes, the handles go on and off easily but I have not found this to be a problem. If you do use the lid then food cooks much quicker so be aware of that.
