Aerobake Range Baking Sheet

Even baking every time. Hate to boast but I'm a damn good cook. This gadget however makes me look awesome beyond awesome. Having said this, I just moved house and have probably the cheapest oven on the market, the sort that never does what it's told, has a life of it's own and makes up heat settings as it goes along. This baking tray moved in and basically told the oven to do its bidding. I don't know how it works, I don't care, it just does.

I got this as a special offer when the Epsom store opened and it really does what it says. Nothing sticks or burns. However, it is larger than usual - I actually use it as an oven shelf slotting it into where the shelves usually go as it is too wide to go on them.

Just bought one of these trays and am sending for two more. Larger than the other trays on offer (make certain they fit your oven before buying) They really are worth the money. Some trays I bought in the past only lasted a few months as they buckled in the oven, these havent so far.

I like my aero bake sheet as it is big and I can fit lots of cookies on it etc but I still have to use baking parchment as it isnt as non-stick as it says it is.And Now mine warped today at the oven temp of 190 degres so I now have to bend it back into shape. I doubt that I will buy anything else from this range which is a shame because I do like the size of it, even though i have to turn it to the side to fit it in my oven.

I had high hopes for this after reading the rave reviews but the first time I tried to bake a loaf of bread on it, it warped. Given the fairly hefty price tag I'd have expected it to be able to cope with 220 degrees C which is what you need for any serious bread baking. Managed to ram it back into sort-of shape but I don't trust it any more. I've since bought another at the supermarket for a fraction of the price - ok it's not as big but it hasn't buckled either!
