Kenwood Chef Titanium 4.6L Stand Mixer With Timer - Silver KMC030

I bought this Kenwood Chef to replace my dead Kenwood Chef which I bought 10 years ago. This is a much more powerful machine and has wonderful improvements such as a new shaft for tools such as the K beater, whisk etc. I really like the timer where I can set a fixed time to cream by mixture or look at the time in which I have used to cream or beat a mixture. I trust Lakeland. I know Lakeland will look after me and this mixer for life. I bought it on Holy Saturday and got the mixer delivered to my front door at 8 am on Easter Tuesday. This is what I call service. Thank you Lakeland.

I purchased when it first went on offer as I have always wanted a Kenwood. I spent a long time considering this compared to a Kitchen Aid which looks more attractive on your work top. I decided on the Kenwood, I am not disappointed. This unit comes with a creaming beater which is fab for making cakes and means you don't have to stop and scrape down the sides. I also like the food processor attachment at the top. I recently made a Lemon and Pistachio Easter Cake. I was able to process the nuts in the top whilst creaming in the bowl at the same time. What a time saver and a great surprise.

As all the other reviewers say, this machine is brilliant. I use it nearly every day. It kneads bread dough well. One thing about it that I really like, is that my kitchen is not large, and I don't have a lot of work space. I do not have room for a mixer and a food processor and a blender. But the Kenwood is all three in one - a huge space saver. And unlike other kitchen gadgets, everything goes in the dish washer.

My old Kenwood Chef died after nearly 30 years of hard work. I bought another brand mixer but it did not do what it claimed to do. Lakeland were marvellous and very helpful in assisting me to upgrade to this machine. This one does do what it says on the box and is an absolute delight to use as well as being a very handsome machine. This machine will never be hidden in a cupboard. Cakes, bread mixing and liquidising is fantastically easy and I am looking forward to using the food processor soon. Thank you again Lakeland Customer Services. You are stars!

like many others, I have wanted a kenwood chef for years but 'made do' with cheaper machines. Wish I had just bought one of these years ago, anything else is false economy. A good sturdy workhorse with powerful motor and plenty of attachments. I find the timer is useful for checking how long I have been mixing etc. Overall a sound investment for anyone serious about cooking.
