This is the second knife I have bought in this series, as I was so impressed with the first one. For the money it performs every bit as good, if not better than, the more expensive knives. I would also recommend buying the sharpener to keep these knives well honed.
I love this knife! I now have 2 of the same, along with 5 other knives in the set. They make preparing food an absolute dream and I would highly recommend them. They are well worth the investment.
I have bought the "santoku" from this series & this is my next step. I cannot praise this knife enough, as a big handed guy its far & away the best fit for my grip I've ever had. So convinced by the feel of the santoku I bought this without trying. I bought this knife along with four others and they are fabulous! They have a good grip and the blades are so sharp but a good weight. Hesse knives are the third set I have owned but they are without doubt, the best! Can thoroughly recommend them.
