I bought this because my freezer compartment is not tall enough for standard lolly moulds. Pros:Will fit in a small freezer compartment.Lollies look beautiful- really nice made with strawberry yogurt (I use soya yogurt but I imagine it'd work with dairy). As it is silicone it can be used as a mould for jellies, chocolate or even cakes (it doesn't say so on the packet but I checked with Lakeland that it is the same silicone as used in bakeware, but obviously don't put the plastic lolly sticks in the oven!)If you are skilled/patient you might even be able to make choc ices (coat mould in melted choc, set, fill almost full with yogurt, freeze, pour melted chocolate onto the back, refreeze.) My first effort with vanilla yogurt and dark choc wasn't perfect as the chocolate peeled off quite a bit when I took it out, I think I didn't layer it thick enough or maybe didn't freeze long enough, but they were fun.Flexible silicone means you can bend the mould to get the lollies etc out.Cons: A bit priceyYou need to put it on a small tray (which also needs to fit in the freezer box) before filling, otherwise it will all spill out when you pick it up.The sticks are short, and they are at an angle, so lollies are a bit heavy/awkward to hold.
