Lock & Lock Salad Bowl

This product is fantastic. I often make salads to accompany evening meals. This bowl enables me to make a large salad, for a family of 4, that will keep for at least 2 days. I also have a ready supply of salad stuff to put in sandwiches etc. (Salad is still fresh 3 days later, but I have not had any left after 3 days to test.) I cannot rate this product highly enough. I think it would also make a great container for cakes, but as mine is in constant use I haven't tried this. PLEASE Lakeland, could you make a smaller version. My son has just left home for University and I would love to send him one!

I've found another use for the salad bowl - if you turn it upside down it makes a very good Christmas cake storage container. The silver cake board fits inside the lid (now the base) perfectly! I'll be purchasing another one for the salad.

use this all the time. like the other review do salad and last in fridge . done big salad for bbq. top keeps flys away . done fairy cakes and transported them in it to kids party. one of my best buys .

THIS IS A FABULOUS PRODUCT. I NOT ONLY USE IT FOR SALAD BUT FOR TRANSPORTING AND STORING CAKES. HAVE EVEN USED THE BOWL ON IT'S OWN AS A MIXING BOWL WHEN BAKING.

i have bought lots of these for use over the christmas period, i intend storing crisps, snacks, bread rolls etc so i can carry them back and forward to the table great
