Chocolate Bunny Lolly Moulds

I am leaving this review after reading some of the previous reviews - and I would like to say do not be put off of buying this product. I have made loads of bunny lollipops using my mould and they have always been perfect. I simply melt my chocolate, pour into mould, add sticks (which I may need to reposition once in the fridge) and pop in the fridge. They don't take long to set and once they are you just bang the tin on your worksurface and all of the lollies pop out! They look brilliant and are not too big for little-ones! My one moan - I can't get replacement sticks at the moment!

Just some advise for those of you struggling to make this mould work, you can't just melt chocolate and expect it to work, if it was that easy there would be many more chocolate shops, you need to TEMPER the chocolate. When it is tempered correctly, the correct formation of crystal in the chocolate will cause the chocolate to shrink away from the mould, and it won't stick at all. They don't give enough characters on here for me to explain tempering, but you can find lots of info on the net. (I'm a chocolatier, and own a chocolate shop)

I brought this a few days ago and used it today, I followed the instructions and did find that they stuck a bit but gave the tin a slight twist and they came out fine. My kids and Husband enjoyed them.

i got this tin in store and used next day. i melted chocolate, put in tin then once it had cooled a bit i put in fridge! getting it out of fridge i knocked a stick and that one popped out! the rest came out just by lifting up! no problems that anyone else mentioned! a great item to treat the kids!!

I was hesitant to purchase these based on the review that was left, but I did so anyways. I have 'never' made chocolate before, but was keen to give it a go as my son loves chocolate pops!!! I did these last night, let them set in the fridge overnight & this a.m. tapped the mould on the counter and they all fell out! My son was thrilled & I couldn't have been more pleased. Can only suggest using a good chocolate & give them time to set. I also had to put something under the sticks to keep them straight, but def. not a huge issue & they came out great! They look just like the picture. Great buy
