There are plenty of large cake stores around, but we know that many of you have been struggling with storing and transporting cupcakes – so we put our thinking caps on and came up with this simple solution. Transforming any large cake store (at least 28cm (11") sq.) into a dual-purpose carrier, our Cake Tier is ideal not only for cupcakes but also for storing top and bottom layers of sponge-cakes before decorating.

Perfect companion to lock and store cake store. Allows you to store two layers of cupcakes - at least 24.

"Just what I needed!"

I bought a Lock'n'Lock cake box a couple of years ago and found it really useful both for storing cakes at home and for transport them to school, parties, etc. but it does not hold many fairy cakes so absolutely delighted this stand has been made for it.Fits perfectly and also folds flat for storage, need I say more? It will be used for many years to come - thanks Lakeland!

I bought this earlier this year, and have been very pleased with it, but have recently noticed that cracks appear to be forming in it where the legs join the shelf. Thank you Lakeland for your excellent response, problem solved.

Just whats needed, I brought this as in previous reviews to transport cupcakes but its perfect to transport two cheescakes in the lock and lock box too. Anything without a great height will now fit over two layers instead of trying to carry or hold two boxes in the car. Brilliant
