Just like the rest of the good housekeeping range, this is a fabulous product. It's well made, pies & flans slide off of it, doesn't rust, I haven't been able to scratch it, it doesn't warp like a lot of metal pie/flan tins do, it's easy to clean (by hand). Can't believe they are no longer to be stocked or that no one is snapping them up at the silly sale price & they need a 2nd reduction.
