This roasting tin is perfect for those times when you want to roast maybe just a few vegetables or do roasties for two. I've been looking for this size for ages and so was delighted when I found it at Lakeland.
I have recently bought two of these having got fed up with replacing "non-stick" roasting tins regularly. So far so good - a quick soapy soak and even baked on roast potato lifted off with a wipe. They also fit (snugly) side by side in my (regular 60cm) oven which is a bonus because I can roast two items separately on the same shelf. If the surface wears well I shall be back for larger sizes!
Absolutely delighted with this roaster! It's the perfect size for one person, even a couple. I found this excellent when roasting potatoes and fantastic for toad-in-the-hole!It hasn't warped or buckled, food doesn't stick and found so easy to clean by hand. I am so impressed I have ordered the next size up for roasting chicken and meats.Without hesitation I would recommend this product.
