I thought this tray was great. I have tried a few over the last few years and been very disappointed. Many burned my potatoes on the outside long before the inside was cooked This onedoes my roast potatoes to perfection.
This smaller than normal oven tray is in almost daily use in our home. I have had the tray for a number of years and it has never been in the dishwasher as it cleans so easily time after time.
I was very disappointed to discover on receipt of this item that the instructions for use recommend hand washing as dishwasher use may cause the surface enamel to deteriorate over time. I know this can happen to any item with dishwasher usage why tell me its dishwasher safe when the manufacturer says it is not?
