"Best ever knives. Very useful size"

Global knives are the best and sharpest knives I’ve ever used, they maintain a sharp edge longer than my old knife. This is a very useful sized knife for many jobs in the kitchen.

It is early days but I am very pleased with this knife. Very sharp and good weight and balance, it feels natural to hold and use. I hope it's quality lasts. I had to peel a butternut squash to make soup and this knife halved the time I usually spend on the job of cutting off the tough skin of this awkwardly shaped item.
