"It slices, it dices."

This is the second Global knife I have bought and I love them. They are amazingly sharp. Its so easy to cut anything with them. The knives keep their edge for a nice long time and they look great. I love the fact that they are light and easy to use and are just a one piece knife so there are no places for food or anything to get stuck in. I would own more if I could afford it.
