I have bought several Lakeland products and have been very satisfied until now! I bought the edible rice paper recently and used it for cooking macaroons on non stick baking trays. The macaroons turned out fine but the rice paper stuck to the trays! This happened every time I used the rice paper and I am afraid that I shall not buy any more. Such a shame as it is very difficult to find good quality rice paper these days and I was pretty certain that Lakeland would not let me down.
