This good-looking 28cm hard anodised frying pan is big enough to make a pizza in but, if you prefer your pizzas oven-baked, you could also use it for a big family fry-up or browning large quantities of vegetables or meat. The dishwasher-safe non-stick coatings make cooking and clean-up a breeze and it’s also perfectly safe to use your favourite metal utensils for stirring, flipping or serving.

Material
The contrast of the matt, hard anodised exterior crowned with mirror-polished stainless steel lids makes a really striking combination. But beyond their good looks, these durable pans cook beautifully thanks to their energy-efficient, aluminium construction. They offer ultra-fast heat conductivity, without causing hotspots that can scorch food.
Non-Stick
The full range is interior-coated with three layers of hard-wearing, scratch resistant PFOA-free Eclipse® non-stick coating, and they come with the added benefit of a non-stick exterior that, we’re pleased to report, is dishwasher safe.
Versatile
Suitable for all gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 220°C.

These pans are wonderful, even heat distribution, totally non stick and easy to clean inside and out - just a quick dunk in warm soapy water. Good looking and solid - though maybe a little heavy if one's wrists were a bit weak. For me though, absolutely perfect.
This frying pan is excellent, completely non-stick, very even heat across the pan and does not warp even when used on high heat. It is also easy to clean after it is left to cool. The best pan I have used, if a little heavy.
This frying pan is very stylish, made of incredible hard wearing aluminium
I have had one of these frying pans before, they have a really good non stick surface. My only complaint this time is the problem we had removing the sticky label on the non stick surface.
I bought this frying pan, and after using it for less than 3 months I have found that that the non stick coating has already eroded. I have many other of these pans and they seem to be fine, but I am very disappointed in this one.
