Material
The contrast of the matt, hard anodised exterior crowned with mirror-polished stainless steel lids makes a really striking combination. But beyond their good looks, these durable pans cook beautifully thanks to their energy-efficient, aluminium construction. They offer ultra-fast heat conductivity, without causing hotspots that can scorch food.
Non-Stick
The full range is interior-coated with three layers of hard-wearing, scratch resistant PFOA-free Eclipse® non-stick coating, and they come with the added benefit of a non-stick exterior that, we’re pleased to report, is dishwasher safe.
Versatile
Suitable for all gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 220°C.

I recently had to replace all my saucepans to go on my new induction hob and bought this casserole and the 10" saute pan. They are top quality, not too heavy to lift and look very stylish. Worth every penny. In fact, had I know how good the Lakeland pans were I'd have bought the complete set from you rather than...well let's just say another brand! Thank you Lakeland!
I love cooking with it & it cleans so easily & so well. I'm now going to add to it from the same range
I am disabled so ease of use and cleaning is very important to me. This range is superb, not only do the pans look great, they are great and if the pan lid sometimes gets a little warm after being on the hob a while I don’t find it a problem to lift it with a cloth or oven glove. The two handles on the lidded casseroled makes them easy to lift and more importantly these truly are non-stick and just need a quick wash with a dishcloth. If you do have an accident and let something burn, a quick soak and a wipe with the dish cloth and the pan is spotless.
A very good casserole pan whith good large handles for easy grip. Good non stick properties and very easy to clean, Very happy with my puchase
