Non-Stick
The full range is interior-coated with three layers of hard-wearing, scratch resistant PFOA-free Eclipse® non-stick coating, and they come with the added benefit of a non-stick exterior that, we’re pleased to report, is dishwasher safe.
Versatile
Suitable for all gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, and oven safe up to 220°C.

This was purchased because I couldn't find a suitable non stick pan, as Lakeland sell high quality products. I thought I've got nothing to lose but gain, which I have done. So, dont know why it's taken me so long to buy from Lakeland. It is a well worth investment for my hard working kitchen, cant fault this pan at all.
I originally purchased a different milk pan to this and it just simply would not pour properly. I informed lakeland about its and all credit to them they let me return it. I then purchased this milk pan and it is brilliant, and no sticking either, so good i have even purchased a second one. Thank you
I am disabled so ease of use and cleaning is very important to me. This range is superb, not only do the pans look great, they are great and if the pan lid sometimes gets a little warm after being on the hob a while I don’t find it a problem to lift it with a cloth or oven glove. The two handles on the lidded casseroled makes them easy to lift and more importantly these truly are non-stick and just need a quick wash with a dishcloth. If you do have an accident and let something burn, a quick soak and a wipe with the dish cloth and the pan is spotless.

This item is one of the set we bought, They seemed to be a good quality, now we have had them for a while we have noticed a few problems which we are keeping a watchful eye on. The non stick is questionable! Dishwasher safe? the outside of the pans are starting to loose there colour and look very sorry themselves. I think when they get to 12 months old they will look like they have been put through the clothes washing machine.
