I hesitated buying this kettle when I read the reviews about the water tasting funny, etc., but am so glad that I did! I have had it now for a few weeks and it has been excellent from day 1. It looks good, feels good to handle and is not too noisy (although it is definitely not silent). Also whatever caused problems in the past certainly seems to have been rectified because the water tastes as pure as it comes out of the tap. Thank you Lakeland for a lovely product.
I love this kettle, we drink more tea and coffee than anyone I know so my kettle is a very important item. This one was great from the off, no smell or taste on first use, quiet and boils fast, also looks stunning.We usually wear a kettle out within 2 years so will see how well it copes in this house.I love it.
I have just received my kettle and am writing to let you know how pleased I am with it. The appearance of the kettle is what can only be described as stunning, as is the attention to detail right down to the cream plug and lead. It is also fast boiling and acceptably quiet.I would also like to commend you on your service.
This is a most attractive kettle which looks very smart in our new cream kitchen. It pours beautifully, (and not many electric kettles do), and has an easy to grip handle. We can fully recommend this kettle.
