My Kitchen 1lb Loaf Tin

I bought two of these tins. One is absolutely fine, but the other one has lost quite a lot of the nonstick coating - coming off on a batch of soda bread I was baking in it at the time. I normally use the two tins together so it's a complete mystery why one should be ok and the other not. The one with the faulty non-stick coating is now unuseable. Disappointing for a reasonably expensive product!

Fabulous tins! Bought them to make banana and chocolate chip cake for the Grandchildren.....success every time! Can't recommend them highly enough

I recently purchased 4 of your 1lb loaf tins as I'm a Coeliac and I make my own bread. I also purchased 3 1lb tin liners which you stated fitted the tins perfectly. They don't fit at all, as I spooned the mixture into said tins the sides folded in and mixture went everywhere except the tins. As I pay for the gluten free mix it was an expensive mistake to make. If you want to use the liners then you need a longer 1lb tin.

Wanted to get my baking mojo back. These tins were recommended to me by a pro artisan baker. Used them for the first time tonight with a really difficult spelt dough. The bread was beautifully risen and baked. Came out of the sturdy tins straight away and effortlessly. Must have excellent heat conductance as well as being tough and will lasat a lifetime. Superb product. One word of warning though: the difficult-to-remove plastic hanging loops are NOT silicon, NOT mentioned on the packaging but commonsense says that they should be removed. Try not to break a nail or scratch the tin, though!

I was very pleased with this purchase. It has a lovely heavy feel to it, high sides and was the only place I could find a loaf tin with old fashioned pleated corners. I have used it a few times and had no problems with the non stick although I have still lined with butter. I would definitely recommend this and buy it again.
