I have been looking for knives to gradually replace my old set and wanted something good quality which would not break the bank. I bought one knife in this range which was excellent so I bought this paring knife. This is so good I have also now ordered the slicing knife. I recommend theses knives they are very sharp and well balanced. Easy to hold and use. I have small hands and poor grip so these are excellent for me.
This is probably one of the best knives I have ever owned. Please extend the range to include a carving knife! It is extremely sharp and comfortable to use for my arthritic hands.
