Kenwood Chef Pro Slicer Grater Attachment AT340

Recently purchased this attachment for my Kenwood Chef, it is brilliant, does everything it is meant to and makes light work of the the job, well worth the money, and as always Lakeland service is second to none, always quick delivery and wonderful customer service. My new best friend! I bought this just before Christmas to aid Christmas Day food prep (boulangere potatoes!) The slicer took 1 1/2 kg of potatoes and 3 onions in it's stride and a few minutes. It's easy to assemble and clean the parts. The seven cutting plates came in 2 (not overly large!) cardboard boxes and I intend to keep them in these while I experiment and find a suitable box to keep them in, but they're not the easiest thing to store. I think the slicer/shredder is going to be in constant use in my kitchen.

Great attachment for kenwood mixer. Takes the effort out of eg soup making.

I am the owner of a two year old Kenwood Chef Classic that has two drives extra to the main mixing function, and I wish to add a little clarity to some confusing issues I encountered before deciding to buy the Pro Slicer& Shredder. This attachment will fit the drive you use for your liquidiser. It is not a food processor; it will not crumb bread or turn flour and fat into bread crumbs, but it will shred and grate just about every which way!It is made of good quality materials and I am especially impressed by the competitive price it has been sold at. This is a good addition to my kitchen.

Very useful attachment with a complete range of discs but I wish it came with some sort of disc storage rack or case as I now have the discs scattered all over in the kitchen
