"Easy grip if you've large hands"

Although I've had this for a few weeks I used it yesterday for the first time. I won't be using it again. It was really difficult to press the 2 arms together. I definitely needed 2 hands to do it and it wasn't practical or easy. The potatoes were cold by the time I had spooned them all through the ricer. It did get the potatoes smooth but that's not much use when they're too cold to use. Maybe if you've got large hands and are relatively strong you'll be fine, otherwise I'd give this a miss.
