Typhoon Signature Wok

It is truly very light. It is good for cooking vegetables. However, it is not really non stick. Difficult to wash if you cook meat in it.

I have to agree with the other review, after using the wok just twice the coating is scratched exposing metal underneath, despite using non metal utensils. The non stick properties are poor, and unfortunately I don't think this wok represents value for money.

This wok has been a great disappointment as the coating flaked after a couple of uses and despite taking great care it has lost its non- stick and is now useless. I would not recommend it.

I bought this to replace a wok I had for 17 years, as the non-stick coating had finally worn off. This one lasted for 2 uses despite using the same tefal nylon utensils. The coating scratched after the first use, then flaked off in big pieces on the second use so much that I had to bin £7 worth of chicken breast. I am returning this as I thankfully kept the receipt. It sthe first thing that I have ever bought from Lakeland that has not been excellent.

I am another disappointed customer regarding this wok. My previous wok was over 20 years old and only replaced because it had worn so thin on the bottom that a small amount of liquid was running out. I treated exactly as recommended and within 2 uses the non-stick coating had started to flake.
