Traditional Enamel Round Roaster

What a great little pot, I have used it 4 times (only had it for 2 weeks), beef came out lovely as well as the chicken and the other dishes. It stops all the fat splashing in the oven and washes up great, just let it soak, and it cleans up no problem. My mum has borrowed it and now wants one of her own!

Lakeland comes up trumps yet again, having disposed of previous oval roaster about a month ago due to wear and tear over many years, I just could not replace it. nowhere I looked had one. sudden inspiration look on Lakelands website and just what I required was there needless to say. I ordered it in the evening of Thursday and Monday it arrived at my door I am really pleased with it exactly what I wanted. Better than my original one. it was very well packaged and protected thank you Alison. Well Done Lakeland you give us what we want.

As family all left home now this little roaster is excellent for a small roast for the two of us. And cooked in the range oven the meat is always tender and perfectly cooked. Now off to order the larger oval one.

I have a whole set of tin pie plates and roasters and wouldn't want to be without them. They are lightweight and yet strong and almost bullet proof. As they can be used on the stove top and oven and even in a halogen oven / Remoska they are prefect for every meal.

I logged in hoping to order the larger oval version of this pan as I love my round one.The main advantages for me are the very light weight and the ease of cleaning.
