Classic in their retro styling, these traditional-looking baking dishes are made from durable steel covered with two coats of enamel which means they heat up quickly and cook and brown evenly – perfect for pastry. Designed primarily for baking ‘proper’ pies, they’re oven safe to 250°C and hardy enough to freeze, too, so you can prepare ahead, freeze portions and be sure not to waste any leftovers.

Yes these pie dishes look pretty old-fashioned but they are classic in design and functionality. Great for so many things and not just pies. My only comment would be that this size is probably more suitable for a large one portion rather than two as detailed in the description but otherwise these are perfect dishes and well made.
"Teeny bit smaller than I thought"

I have a larger version of this for making desserts in, but I'm trying to cut down on my sweet treats so I thought I'd go for a smaller version. It is a teeny bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it's still a perfect size for 2 portions of dessert. So far I've made a Baklava in it, and next I am going to attempt a Bakewell Pudding.

We thought at first the dish was being advertised incorrectly when it sai for 2 people. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say. It is plenty big enough for 2 people with normal appetites.
