With its ceramic grinding mechanism on top, this pepper mill won’t leave a ring of ground pepper on your surfaces every time you put it down. A simple twist of the collar adjusts the coarseness depending on the recipe of the day.
The ceramic mechanism won’t rust and, with its transparent acrylic chamber, it’s easy to see when you need a top up. Take the top off, and you’ll find a wide mouth that makes refilling quick and simple.

Very good little pepper mill. It grinds at a variety of grades from fine to coarse so is suitable for whatever is being cooked. It is also smart enough to take to the table. Easy to wipe clean and, because the mechanism is at the top, it does not leave a mess of crushed pepper when set down.
An easy to use product straight out of the box - what was especially nice was the fact it was pre-filled and could be used immediately. Clear controls allow you to set the size of the pepper grains you require from coarse to fine. Excellent product!
Both Oxo Good Grips Salt and Pepper grinders are the best I've used: highly practical,comfortable, sturdy, and drawn compliments from all users. Rubber grip and smaller size works so well in kitchen or dining room. Match with the other Oxo kitchen utensils I have is a real bonus.
At last! I’ve struggled to find a pair of salt and pepper grinders for kitchen use that work for more than a year! These salt and pepper grinders are a sensible weight which make you think quality; pleasing design; comfortable to hold; easy to refill (previous grinders had curved tops so when inverted to fill.... would topple over); wide opening makes refilling easy; smooth adjustable grind and no mess left on surfaces/table after use. And to back it up a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee. What’s not to like?!
When the grinding mechanism on my last pepper grinder broke, I resorted to using a pestle and mortar. This was not going to be a long term solution, and I was very disappointed with the same old options on offer. However, when looking through the Lakeland website this seemed to be a good one to try. It is brilliant, easy to fill, no mess as the grinding end is at the top when not in use, and there a five different size options to use.
