We don't often see non-stick glassware, so we were eager to see the nano-technology on these roasting dishes in action. It creates a fantastic non-stick coating, which really does work – Carly from our Buying Team turned out a pasta bake with ease, and she didn't even need to soak the dish afterwards, despite the burnt-on cheese! There's no need for oil or fat when cooking, and they're easy to clean. They're versatile too, great for roasting and baking, nice enough to take straight to the table.
