This may seem expensive, but you need such a small amount to make a big difference. Just a few drops in a chocolate cake mixture makes a lovely chocolate orange flavour. I add a few drops to cheesecakes, pancakes, or muffins. Delicious!
This is a high quality product, not a basic or simple flat orange flavouring. It works very well in cakes, puddings and also to enhance certain savoury dishes (use sparingly) To Lakeland - I wonder if this concentrated little bottle could have a dropper fitted to the top? I've ended up with as much down the sides as in my cooking!

I tried a little home baking and made a marbled (Green & Black's cocoa powder -shop bought and Vanilla Essence from Lakeland's range also lovely) sponge cake with butter cream icing inside. Wanted to finish this off with something different and wow a tsp of orange extract into Glace Icing spooned over the top finished with a drizzle of dark 70% chocolate. I am not normally someone who would reach for orange flavouring though when I saw this on the website I thought I would try it. If you have not already tried it in icing it really is a must!
This is my favourite orange extract and trust me I have used a few! The scent is strong and lovely, the flavour is incredible. it makes everything better. Also a little goes a long way!
Only a small amount of extract is needed. A lovely taste, I have added it to my chocolates a few times and it reminds me of a well known brand of chocolate orange! I am yet to add it to cakes or icing but I have tried it with hot chocolate and its truly delicious.
