3 Heat Settings
To help you make your food ready for just when you need it, this slow cooker comes with 3 different heat settings. For an ultra-low and slow cook, the ‘Low’ setting will slowly simmer your meat and veg, giving you the most succulent and tender result when it comes to eating. If you’re in a bit more of a hurry, then the ‘High’ setting raises the temperature a little, meaning your stews will take half the time to cook but still retaining all of that lovely flavour. If your dinner has finished cooking but you’re not quite ready, then the ‘Auto’ setting keeps it at serving temperature until you want to dish up your food.
Encircling Element
Giving you an even cook throughout the whole process, the heating element in this slow cooker encircles the crock. This helps prevent any hot spots from forming, instead giving all the areas of your stew, curry, or casserole even heating for an efficient cook.
Glass Lid
So you don’t have to take the lid off to check the progress of your food, and in doing so release all of that lovely heat and steam that has built up in the crock, this slow cooker features a glass lid which lets you peer in while the food is cooking, giving you complete control to get perfect results every time, and ensure everything is going smoothly. The ceramic cooking pot can also be taken straight to the table for easy service where everyone helps themselves to your homemade creation.
Easy To Clean
After you’ve finished cooking, this slow cooker is really easy to clean. Both the crock and the lid are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning, while the stainless steel exterior cleans easily with a quick wipe using a damp cloth, if any food spilt onto it.

Although i have only used this a couple of times i know its going to be used a lot, working full time i tend to cook something that is quick to save time, now i can come home to nutritious and healthy meals ready cooked.
I just had to replace my old one as the front dial mechanism broke and came off. I really wouldn't be without this useful cook pot. I use it a lot for slow-cooking my Sunday lunch - a lump of lamb or brisket. I have a mechanical timer which I plug it into so I can dial in the start and stop times so that the meat is ready when I come in from church. I can prepare it all the night before so I can leave it to cook whilst I'm asleep. I also use it for casseroles and curries. I do like the glass lid so I can view what's going on inside without disturbing the temperature. Very good value for money!
Superb slow cooked stews made with cheaper cuts of meat and really tasty and not tough, ready when I want them and just the right size to make 2-3 portions at a time. inner pot light enough for me to lift(I have dexterity and strength in my wrists problems)
This slow cooker produces delicious meals that even the children enjoy. Life is so busy, and coming home to a hot meal is the ultimate luxury.
Absolutely made up with my new SC it arrived just in time as my previous one of 15 years decided it was time to go. It is so so easy to use very clear to understand.
