"Design Flaw" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I bought two of these a couple of years ago, one for me, one for my son. Both suffered the same failure, which appears to be a design flaw: The control panel came loose making them unsafe to use. The reason the control panel came loose is that there is a (high temperature resistant) plastic "collar" through which a screw goes to fix the panel to the cooker. This collar became brittle and broke on both machines, which allowed the panel to move, which cased the top lug to break off, which allowed the panel to come away from the casing. Breaks after 3 years: I can only give 1 star. Mr Barnes - 06 August 2021 support_agent A note from the team We’re very sorry to hear both were faulty.
