You've heard of Worcestershire Sauce and Yorkshire Relish, but now Lancashire's best-kept secret is out! Made in Ramsbottom, by four generations of the Entwistle family, it adds instant flavour to your food – use it as a condiment, a marinade, add it to your soups and stocks, or in good old Lancashire hotpot. A vigorous shake of the bottle before use awakens the spices and creates the unique flavour and aroma.

"Lovely!"

Had it so far on steak, on a bacon sandwich and in with some slow-cooked ribs and it's been great with all of them. Got some plans for this one, lucky a little goes a long way!

I love this sauce. I'm finding it so versatile. It adds a new dimension to soups and casseroles and is fantastic as a marinade on chops, ribs and steak. I don't like curries and although there is a curry aroma, I don't find a curry taste with anything I've used it with. Will definitely carry on using it.

agree this product is more curried than I expected but still think it is wonderful and am on my third bottle.As a vegetarian i find it gives a depth of flavour to soups etc without any noticeable flavour of curry.In cheese for toast it lifts the mundane into a tasty treat.Bought a bottle for my student son who loves it

"The BEST sauce"

I bought a bottle of this sauce in Lancashire during the summer but was dismayed to find I used the very last drop this week. However, I have just discovered it is now stocked by Lakeland - so will be popping into my home store (Guildford) to buy a whole basketful of bottles! It is fantastic when added to cheese on toast and homemade soups & casseroles.
