I have to write a review for this Cake Box. I am so pleased with it. Not only is the lifter a fantastic idea I am very impressed with the lid. Easy to remove and wonderful to close, unlike quite a few containers. I doubt anyone would be disappointed.
I used this box for my large square iced Christmas cake and could lift it in and out with ease. Very helpful too for a coffee and walnut cake that I had to transport to an event.
Cannot praise this cake box enough - Just great for those of us who bake a lot for cake sales, work and church events etc. Thank you Lakeland 5 STARS aren't enough
I previously paid £18.99 for a cake container which would take a 8" cake but found that the cake slid around so much in transit it was a waste of time. I spotted this cake box which was £8 cheaper and with the cake lifter made transportation of my fancy large cupcake style cakes perfect for travel and getting the cake in and out of the box - Fantastic!
Best idea ever, no more struggling to lift cakes out :)
