"Good for meringues, too!"

Was looking for a non stick product to bake meringues on that I could trace shapes onto and that was reuseable and tried this on advice from one of the ladies at my local store. It is superb! Although it is sold as being for icing, I can now see a huge range of uses - hot and cold. Another "must have" kitchen product from Lakeland!

I use this on my kitchen work surface to stand fondant models etc on to dry. They then remove easily... no more awkward scraping with a pallet knife to remove them!
