Its rotating stainless steel blades make short work of chopping leafy herbs like parsley or basil, whilst fingers are kept safely out of harm's way by the comfy, non-slip grip. And if your bunch starts to stray, there's a handy 'pusher' to gather everything back into place.

"Excellent"

Having used for years the old fashioned two handled curved herb cutter, which was fine if you had a huge amount of herbs which I don't any more. This new little Good Grips herb mincer is ace. With 4 revolving blades and little scoop at the end it is brilliant. Little effort needed, can "steer" it perfectly and is effortless to use. Comes apart for cleaning though have to admit not easy to get between the blades to clean them (Lakeland how about a special cleaning brush for this?). Well worth buying and can chop really finely. One of my most used kitchen gadgets.
