Lakeland world exclusive

Our Buyers first heard of a new, pure silicone non-stick surface being developed by Teflon® almost a year ago, and knew straight away it was exactly the kind of innovation we thrive on. So we joined forces, and Lakeland is now very proud to introduce Bakingenius - a range of silicone-coated bakeware that gives new meaning to non-stick.

What do you get if you cross a raw egg straight from the fridge with a non-greased, just-out-of-the-oven baking sheet, and then just for good measure put them into a hot oven for 10 minutes? A cooking catastrophe; a dishwashing disaster?

We watched in horror as Veronica, one of our Buyers, did just that with the Bakingenius Baking Sheet. But then, as she tipped the tray up, gave the

"brilliant!"

I had no doubts about buying this, for the simple reason I have a disability problem with my hands and it looked a far safer option for me to hold. Am delighted to say that I'm certainly not dissapointed. Its superb to hold, the yorkshires fall out of the tin easy when cooked and it washes like a dream! Worth every single penny!

"Just what I have been waiting for."

Oh my, at last no more chiseling to remove my Yorkshires! I made the individual Toad In The Holes (as featured) on the day the tin arrived. Just perfect. Impressed my husband too. Can't be bad.

"Perfect Toads!"

I make toad-in-the-hole in tins like this. With low fat sausages, they always stick. Until I tried this tin!! Bought one to see if it was worth the money, and I am now about to buy another! Now about to throw away the old tin, instead of washing it, and just swishing the new one in the water!!!Well worth the money.

"finally i've found the ultimate tin"

In 36 years of marriage I've lost count of how many Yorkshires I've made and how many different tins/pans I've tried. Many is the time I've taken a lovely well risen pud out of the oven then to totally destroy it getting it out of the tin. So although i was a bit reticent about spending more money on yet another tin, and lets face it this product isn't cheap, I thought I'd try it out. Plus i felt if i was dissatisfied Lakeland would be more than helpful.Well this tin really is a genius - perfect yorkshires which slip out of the tin no problem at all and whats more it couldn't be easier to wash up (my "dishwasher" is called keith!).I am so pleased with this it is well worth the money

"Not good"

Used it for a year and now it seems to have worn out. My Yorkshires are fine until I try to get them out and then disaster strikes and they end up stuck. I have only ever used these tins at 220 as I understand that is their maximum. I shall be investing in a new set of old fashioned type tins.
